Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Salma’s World is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Orders delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer
- Replacing orders delivered to an incorrect address

Missed or Delayed Deliveries
While we work with reliable carriers, delays may occasionally occur.
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days after it has shipped, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Subscription Changes & Timing
Because subscription orders are processed on a schedule:
- Changes (address, preferences, or cancellation) must be made before the next billing date
- Orders already processed for the current month cannot be modified or refunded
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery)
- We will review the issue and arrange a replacement if applicable
