Ahlan! I’m Neda, mom of three girls and founder of Salma's World. 

When I became a mother, I made a promise to myself: I wanted my daughters to grow up connected to the Arabic language—the beautiful language of our faith, culture, and the Quran.

My journey began when my oldest daughter, Salma, was just a few months old. I searched everywhere for high-quality Arabic books that were colorful, engaging, and exciting for young children—but they weren’t always easy to find.

So I began carefully building our home library, choosing books that made learning Arabic feel joyful and accessible. Over the years, those stories became a special part of our home and helped my daughters strengthen their Arabic while creating memories we’ll always cherish.

That’s when I realized I wanted to share these beautiful books with other families, and Salma’s World was born.

Named after my daughter, Salma’s World is a curated Arabic bookstore built with love by a busy mom raising three girls and working to preserve our beautiful language for future generations.

Every book is thoughtfully handpicked with help from Salma herself to ensure it’s engaging, high-quality, and loved by children. Many of our books also include audiobook versions so children can listen, follow along, and enjoy Arabic stories wherever they go.

My hope is that Salma’s World helps families build meaningful Arabic home libraries, create lasting memories, and keep our beautiful language alive for generations to come.
